    I feel that it’s been suppressed though at least from my view. It doesn’t have very many views and there’s comments from over 8 years ago.

    Anyway, thank you for the information. I was trying to figure out what I needed to give my husband to help him with stress and the absorption of his nutrients keeps having problems with acid reflux.
    I believe it’s due to stress he eats “omad “ for roughly 2 hours and then goes to bed a few hours later.
    Only black coffee water, and sometimes a zip fizz during the day.

  2. I just found this great video! What if your taking a good multivitamin that has both calcium and magnesium. My calcium serum is slightly elevated.

After years of struggling with sleep issues, despite many supplements which helps but didn’t cure, including 20 mins of low impact interval training per day, when I added high quality Now brand) CORAL CALCIUM to my supplement regimen which includes Dr Berg’s magnesium, I began to sleep like I used to in my teens. 😮😊 I believe the form and the manufacturer really matters
