Shampoos I Don’t Recommend as a Dermatologist | Best Shampoos #shortsviral #shampoo #haircare

Not all shampoos are created equal, and some can actually do more harm than good! Here are a few types I don’t recommend for healthy, happy hair:

1️⃣ Shampoos with Harsh Sulfates – Sulfates can strip your hair and scalp of natural oils, leading to dryness, irritation, and even scalp conditions.
2️⃣ Shampoos with Artificial Fragrances – Strong fragrances may cause scalp irritation or allergic reactions, especially for sensitive skin.
3️⃣ Shampoos with High Alcohol Content – Alcohol can dry out your hair, making it brittle and prone to breakage.
4️⃣ Shampoos with Parabens and Phthalates – These chemicals are linked to hormonal imbalances and scalp sensitivities over time.

  1. Never use Sebamed. It is the worst shampoo I have ever experienced. Because of YouTube channel recommendation, I used it, and after that I faced extreme hair fall. Please don’t use Sebamed it will damage your hair condition.

  2. I appreciate the refreshing and clean feel after washing with Planet Ayurveda Go Richh Hair Shampoo.
