  1. Ashwaganda just helped me … i am smoker because of anxiety i usually stressed out and low confidence & stressed out …

    But now i am feeling better more social …. Very focused…😮

    Even though i am indian … never used ashwaganda before…

    I can surely suggest ashwaganda for anxiety
