You’re not warning people that they can’t take these with antidepressants, antipsychotics,MAO inhibitors,benzos like lorazapam or valium& Xanax. Dangerous. 1st you can get serotonin syndrome with antidepressants. With other meds you’re doubling the sedation and can also go into respiratory distress. Also you can’t take many of these herbal products with heart meds. These are good for people who don’t use big pharma. After 50 years of severe anxiety attacks,depression,agoraphobia I went on an anti-inflammatory diet for my arthritis from lupus. Even caffeine,dairy,fats except olive oil,carbs,starches like potatoes corn carrots,artificial sweeteners, alcohol, sugar, red meat all sauces and spreads cut out and my depression and anxiety lifted,my lupus disappeared after decades as did the organ issues-failing enlarged kidney,prior heart attack and stroke with brain lesions,GI issues,gastric erosion, arthritis inflammation,diabetes all disappeared. Gut health is what causes brain health issues. A natural healthy diet gets rid of it. Heaping plates 3 times a day plus snacks. Light on fruit except melons,berries. Lots of water,decaf green tea. I lost 100lbs,25 too much. I stopped the healthy eating due to cost and eat PB sandwiches now being poor and all my health issues are back. Just eat healthy no processed foods,white meat no skin not fried not BBQ lots of dark greens like broccoli,mushrooms for potassium,cauliflower, peppers, cooked spinach as raw the nutrients aren’t there, etc. caffeine bad,carbonated drinks artificial sweeteners,preservatives bad. Use dry seasonings or herbs no sauces or dressing. No breads or pastas(carbs). Starches turn to sugar-potatoes carrots corn etc. all these illnesses didn’t exist when people are straight from their farms. Oh no dairy at all.
